Essay

Object of research: public attitudes which arise during formation of the competitive environment in conditions of market transformation of economy. The purpose of research: a scientific-theoretical substantiation of essence of a competitive policy of the state and development of methodological bases of its realization in conditions transformational economy of Ukraine. Methods: the analysis and synthesis, the system approach, abstraction and idealization, comparison of the historical and logic analysis, economic-statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical bases, preconditions and problems of realization of a competitive policy of the state are determined and ways of its improvement are offered. Scientific novelty: this first complex research of theoretical and practical problems of realization of the state competitive policy in transformational economy. Ukraine in which it is developed the complete methodological concept of formation and protection of the competitive environment. Degree of introduction: results of research are used in practice of work of the Cabinet of Ukraine, Antimonopoly committee, Fund of the state property, the State commission under securities and the share market, the Ministries of Public Education and sciences. They are approved on a lot of conferences. The author prepares the textbook first in Ukraine of " the Basis of a competitive policy " which is used in educational process of High Schools. Efficiency of introduction: practical use of results of research is the important precondition of formation in Ukraine of market economy. Sphere, branch of use: economy.
