Object of research: innovative development processes, forms and mechanisms of their appearance on industrial enterprises. Purpose of research: substantiation of theo-retical-methodological bases for forming innovative de-velopment strategy and development of organizational-economic basis for their realization in practical work of industrial enterprises. Methods of research: system, pro-gram-purposeful, functional, self-organization principles, retrospective analysis, functional-cost analysis (FCA), factor analysis on the CLASSICAL type of factorization, the method of main components, expert estimation, method of comparison. Results: indexes analysis of the state and tendencies of innovative activity of industrial enterprises; substantiation of necessity to use conceptual methods of research of innovative development of enter-prises; working out conception of strategic managing in-novations at industrial enterprises; identification of the organizational-economic mechanism for managing the innovative activity of industrial enterprises; formulation of methodological foundations for creation of innovative model of development of industrial enterprises on the base of system and situation approaches; substantiation of the system of indexes for innovative potential of enterprise estimation; working out methods for creation organiza-tional structure of innovative development managing; working out method of estimation of enterprise's innova-tive activity influence on it's ultimate results; working out methods of estimation of scientific-technical level of sci-entific-research and development activity; working out methodical approach to estimation of enterprise's organ-izational development in the conditions of vagueness of external environment; substantiation of innovative model of industrial enterprises' development in the conditions of competitive environment.
