Mytsenko I. Organizational and Economic Mechanism for Regulation of Safety of Vital Activity

Object of the study is processes of the development state and regional management safety to vital activity in main its sphere and type. Objective of study is development theoretical bases to safety to vital activity, development organizing-economic mechanism of its regulation. Methods of research are generalizations, benchmark analysis, categorizations, system analysis, expert estimation, economic and mathematical modeling, software-target. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical approaches to decision of the problems of the provision to safety to vital activity of the Ukraine and its region; development of the mechanism of the regulation to safety to vital activity in system state and regional management. Novelty is development of the theoretical base of the shaping conceptual bases management system to safety to vital activity and organizing-economic mechanism to its realization. Degree of the introduction by: National advice with questions of safe vital activity of the population at Cabinet Minister of the Ukraine, Ministry of the Ukraine with questions exceeding situation, Verhovna Rada of the Ukraine, organs of regional management Kirovogradskoy and Ternopoliskoy regions. Branch of application is state and regional organs of power.
