Object of research: processes of functioning of the industrial enterprises of corporate sector of economy of Ukraine; the purpose of work: a theoretical- methodological substantiation of the concept of organizational-structural devel-opment of the corporate enterprises and development of methodical recom-mendations and scientific-practical offers on formation and development of organizational structures of the enterprises of corporate sector of economy of Ukraine; methods of research and the equipment: an abstract-logic method, the system approach, the system-structural and functional analysis, the financial- economic and statistical analysis, parametrical modelling, anthropomorphical analysis, expert estimations, structural-functional and process designing, expert systems, the theory of graphs; theoretical and practical results: paradigm of management of the enterprises of the joint-stock organizational-legal form, the concept of organizational-structural development of the corporate enterprise, system of principles of development of modern corporations, methodology of research of models of the corporate control over the industry, definition of the competence of corporate boards, system of characteristics of organizational and social structures of corporations, methodology of definition of types of corpo-rate cultures and factors of influence on their development, defining of organ-izational-structural and informational-communication mechanisms of man-agement, the scientific-methodological approach to an estimation of efficiency of activity of the enterprise in corporate govarnance system, a methodics of definition of ownership structure in industries of economy of Ukraine, a tech-nique of diagnostics of corporation and its divisions, the methodical approach to a substantiation of a type of organizational structure on the basis of expert sys-tem, a technique of structural-process designing; a substantiation of expediency and efficiency of carrying out of organizational-structural reorganization at the industrial enterprises in corporate sector, a technique of definition of psychologi-cal type of society of corporations, methodical recommendations according to efficiency of activity of power structures of corporations on the basis of ratings; practical value of the received results is that their introduction will promote increase of validity of formation of organizational structures in industrial enter-prises of corporate sector, will give instruments for making of the scientifically-grounded decisions on improvement and increase of a management efficiency by processes of corporatization; a subject and a degree of introduction: rezults are introduced into work of the State commission of securities and the stock market, Fund of state property of Ukraine, state corporation "Ukrbudmaterialy", research and production corporation "FED", joint-stock company "Kremen-skiy factory "Himavtomatika", joint-stock company "Kharkiv tile factory", the specialized registrar of the investment company "Sigma Blazer " the firm"Registers", used in educational process of the Kharkiv national university of economics; sphere of use: the industrial enterprises, joint-stock companies, the state bodies, educational process of higher educational institutions.
