Kredisov V. Development of entrepreneurship in modern transitive economic systems.

Methodological basis and methods of finding ways for solving problems of entrepreneurship development in the countries with transitive economic system were proved (grounded) in the topic. Owing to this it was defined specific character of stages and internal logic of business (entrepreneur) activity formation in the conditions of concrete historical market environment in the countries with transitive economic system. It was shown that correctly planned and realized (carried out) actions directed on support of entrepreneurship became an effective instrument in reducing economical risks in activity of businesses and governmental bodies in the conditions where competitive mechanism of economic is working. The investigation analyses contradictions between economical interests of an entrepreneur and governmental bodies which appear in the process of finding effective ways in realization of national and regional interests. Analysis of market institutional environment in the countries with transitive economicsystem allowed revealing its specific, contradictions and influencing on the mechanism of realization and reproduction of business activity. Methods used for conduction of complex investigation of entrepreneurship on macro- and micro level allowed defining concrete problems of full use of entrepreneurship as an additional social productive force in the conditions of market environment in the countries with transitive economical systems. The methods also helped to ground an algorithm of carrying out institutional actions directed on providing of effective business activity forming in Ukraine.
