Anin V. Theoretical-methodological foundation of functioning of construction firm in competitive environment.

The dissertation is devoted to creation of a new economic model of forecasting of behaviour of the basic participants of investment process as function of utility is created. The model allows to minimize investment risks, to find out an aggregate effect of each alternative to activity and to generate according to it rational strategy of investment and calendar plan of manufacture of jobs of construction and special jobs. The significant scientific contribution to use of game methods and models to needs of an estimation and choice of alternatives to strategy of activity of the subjects of building manufacture is carried out. The investors and contractors have an opportunity together with alternatives of the calendar plan to determine size of effect as the sum of the additional profit from the chosen set of objects and jobs under condition of the account of the established resource restrictions and situation in the market of civil work and services.
