Essay

Object of the research is a system of economic, social, organisation-legal relations which arise during reformation of social processes. Objective of the research is development of methodological and methodical bases for government control over the social processes directed to reduction of social risks and optimisation of social charges of the society, and which provide the efficient functioning of the social sector and economy. Research methods include dialectical and deductive methods; system-structural; scientific abstractions; economic-mathematical and statistical; expert estimations; economic analysis. Theoretical and practical results consist in conformities to the law of the macroeconomic adjusting of social processes are exposed; the method of determination of constituents Fund of the occupational Accidents and Professional Diseases Insurance of Ukraine. Novelty is deepening of methodological bases and substantiation of scientific-methodical positions on the improvement of economic mechanism for adjusting the social processes taking into account tendencies and contradictions of the society development under transitional economy. Degree of introduction is Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine; Fund of the occupational Accidents and Professional Diseases Insurance of Ukraine. Sphere of application is the Committee on the Questions of Social Policy and Labour under the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,Department of economics strategy and Department of economics and social policy under the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, Department of coal industry of Donetsk regional state administration.
