The dissertation is devoted to the revealing and study the process of future teachers' training for formation humanistic relationships of junior schoolchildren. The presented scientific work also provides methodological and theoretical foundations of research elaborated by the author Structural functional model of formation of students ' readiness for education of humanistic relationships of junior schoolchildren has been theoretically grounded and proved by experiments.The author determined conditions, main ways and means of formation students' readiness. A new pedagogical theory is offered with exactly determined elements - principles, factors, criteria, conditions, trends.
