Tsos A. The Development of Physical Culture on the Territory of Ukraine from Ancient Times till to Beginning of XIX Century

The dissertation deals with questions of rise, come to being and development of physical culture on the territory of Ukraine from ancient times till to beginning of XIX century. In our scien-tific research combine theoretical and methodological basics of the development of physical culture on the territory of Ukraine; determine the structure, forms and means of physical culture in the cal-endar and family ritual of Ukrainian people; determine the world outlook principles (family and mode of life, prophylactic, sanitation, praise, vegetative, stimulate, relaxation) and regulation mechanisms (politics, low, religion, myths, traditions and customs, morals, public opinion) func-tions of physical culture; shows the legality of development of physical culture (the connection of physical culture with world outlook, way of life, the military cause and the place of life; the recip-rocal international elements of physical culture; the penetration of festive-play activity and military-physical training; passing from the periods of state to the organized forms of physical culture; rela-tively constant part of national forms and life and means of physical culture people during Middle Ages and Period of New History)
