The scientific work shows the role and the meaning of touristic-country studying work in the modern school, its influence on physical development, intelectual workability and functional state pupil's organism of different age groups; it was shown the theoretical experience and author's experimental researches of the touristic-country studying work system at secondary schools, presented the basic principals of projecting of different ways of this activity; on the basis of studying of organism adaptive reactions, it was determined for the first time the periods concerning the one day rest during several days touristic walks by foot, on skies and on bycicles; as a result of research of physical activity systematic interrelations, physical and functional state of pupil's organism, there appeared the improved tactics of conducting touristic-country studying activity; the field is physical training and sport
