Conceptional and technological model of up-bringing process in the higher technological Institute is first worked out in the dissertation. Scientific theoretical ground of students’ environmental responsibility formation has been offered; the model system has been created; expert appraisal criteria have been worked out; the essence of “ecological responsibility” notion is described and its connection with the rest of a personality’s qualities is discovered and indicated; criteria of students’ environmental responsibility have been completed; formation, ways, forms and means of technical University students’ quality formation have been investigated.
