Essay

The subject of the dissertation is grounding and development of organizational-functional models for preventative, health hygiene and anti-epidemiological medical care for mountainous community in topological emergencies (flooding) on the example of the Transcarpathian region. The systematic approach research has been used to analyze the health consequences of Trancarpathia catastrophic flooding in 2001. The main organizational principles of disaster elimination have been determined, community medical providing organization under these circumstances has been developed and implemented into health care system. The developed organizational models of medical care have been analyzed, evaluated and their effectiveness has been proved on district and regional management levels.
