This dissertation is develop to the solution of the theoretical and practical research of the polynomial splines of two and more variables based on the B-splines that, on average, are related to the interpolar. The means of their realization in the automatic information systems of measurement processing have been presented correspondingly. Specifically, the coefficients of splines of two and more variables under monomax nave been calculated late. These coefficients allow us to get simple calculating schemes which are convenient for the practical application. It has been proven that for the splines of many variables the norm of spline-oparator equals to the product of the single-measured analogues. Methodical and practical directions concerning to the usage of the above mentioned splines operators for solving the task of non-parametrical estimation probability functions have been developed. The possibility of information technologies application based on the spline-operators with local bearer in the automatic system of information processing (statistic information systems of measurement processing, geo-information systems, and the monitoring system, e.t.c. has been grounded. The applied tasks of geo-informational, ecological and medical monitoring have been solved with the use of the developed automatic information systems. The results have been confirmed by the special conclusions and instillations presented by different state oganizations.
