Vasenko V. The organizational and economical mechanism of development of special (free) economic zones

Object separate territories with the untraditional methods of government control of economy, which after an organizationally-economic form behave to the special, free, special free and special (free) economic areas. Aim : ground of scientifically-methodical bases and conceptual approaches of determination of essence of untraditional forms of government control of economy, exposure of the most effective organizationally-economic mechanisms of bringing in of investments in the economy of Ukraine. Methods: abstract and logic, grouping, correlation and regression analysis, expert judgment, questionnaire design. Results: Suggestions and recommendations on the improvement of organizationally-economic mechanism of SEZ Ukraine are developed New ness: defynytsyya is scientifically grounded the special (free) economic area, ekologo-ekonomykal, food, agroindustrial area and essence of their organizationally-economic mechanism; the SEZ classification; creation of mortgage bank; quantitative and high-quality indexes of efficiency; methodology of organization of management and payment of labour of the SEZ administration; model of the financial providing SEZ.
