Institutionalizational process of transformation economy. Determination of bases institutes place and role at the institutional subsystem structure-making of economy in the conditions of transformational period. Methods: panto-scientific methods of scientific cognition, systems approach. It was explored theoretic-methodological, social-economic and applied problems of basic economic institutes intercommunication- ownness, power, management, labour - in the context of institutional theory. Complex research and theoretical generalization of maintenance and forms of displaying the ownness, power, management and labour relations was conducted on reflexive, pair and plural level. It was determined functional specific of institutional economy subsystem. It was outlined ideological and theoretic-economical disagreements in conceptions of transformational process. The complex of measures concerning the disagreement solution in the process of economy corporate sector institutionalization, socialization of economic relations in transformations terms was theoretically grounded and offered.
