In dissertation research the complex analysis of problem of organizational changes on enterprises and developed and approved in practice methods of organizational changes is conducted. Different types of changes, different structures of enterprises and different methods of reaction, were analysed - conducting of organizational changes - on the changes. The applied methods of planning of organizational changes with the use of methods of prognostication, modern informative internettechnologies, consulting models and other effective facilities of rapid introduction of the projected organizational changes are developed.
