Kryuchkova I. Macrostructural Factors of Ukraine's Economy Transformation

Structural processes in an economy; The purpose of dissertation research is the solution of an actual scientific problem which discovers the law subordinating structural processes in an economy; the description of structural reasons for Ukraine's economy transformation, its stages and the depth of the crisis; the development of methodology of basic macroindicators forecast, the estimation of scales of shadow GDP; and the reasoning for the state macrostructural policy. Methods of systemic statistical analysis and synthesis for determination of structural patterns; the method of analogies forming structural hierarchic groups and their comparison with the row of gold section; the method of fractal count of the shadow part of GDP; macroeconomic modeling; deductive method of research of the state economic policy influence on structural processes. The influence of the universal structuring Law - the Golden Section Law has been uncovered in the economy. This law structures the economy at different levels. Thehypothesis that according to the law, economic systems structuring is linked to the optimization process of the development has been grounded. Practical significance of the dissertation lies in the definition of criteria for macrostructures optimization that had been offered as guiding lines to the Ukrainian government, the creation of modeling instruments for GDP dynamics forecast depending on internal structural changes, the complex of models for imitation modeling and forecast of major macro indicators. Consists of development of economic theory which discovers the nature of structuring of economic systems of different levels and the influence of structural factors on economic development, ground of macro structural parameters of development of economy of Ukraine in the period of transformation and design of influencing of structural deviations from the in theory grounded parameters on the GDP dynamics.
