The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a scientific problem improvements of the organization and technology cargo transportations on a railway transportation on a basis resources to save up. The qualifier of criteria is developed resource to save up technologies, the complex is developed mathematical models which reproduce technology of work of each subsystem railway networks. Models are developed on the basis of expanded color networks of Petri in view of a priority for creation the international transport corridors with minimization delays of cargoes and a payment for transportations. Are developed models of dynamic and stochastic programming, complex of models on the basis of indistinct sets and indistinct logic. A complex of the developed models It is integrated in ERS of Ukrzaliznitsa.
