Essay

1. The object of research is the problem of contamination of objects of animal origin by pesticides, acute and chronic toxicosis by pesticides, MRL pesticides in feeds for animals. Targets investigation - to theoretical substantiated and experimentally to develop maximally possible levels of pyrethroids and their combinations with phosphor organic compounds in feeds for agricultural animals, have studied toxicological and veterinary-sanitary estimation of these pesticides, to develop the methods of their determination in feeds and objects of animal origin, to inculcate in practice of veterinary medicine toxic-hygienically normative. The research methods - clinical, toxicological (thin layer chromatography and gaz-liquid chromatography), biochemical researches of blood and organs and statistics. Scientific news - the scientifically substantiated and the methodical questions of determination of pesticides in the objects of animal origin. The have to developed new methods of determination of pesticides infeeds and objects of animal origin. A novelty and actuality of these developments is confirmed by 3 patents. A new finding about influencing of pyrethroids and their phosphor organic compounds connections on a carbohydrate-power exchange in the organism of chickens, definite important role of some biochemical indexes, especially kinetics of enzymes in fabrics of internal organs of chickens. The conducted all side complex toxicological researches on the animals of toxic kinetics pyrethroids and their combinations with phosphor organic compounds connections from the organism of animals gave possibility first in Ukraine substantiated maximal-residue levels (MRL) in feeds for agricultural animals. The degree of introduction - According to the date we have it is developed, it is ratified and 6 methodical recommendations and methods are extension in work of laboratories by veterinary medicine, that are ratified by State Department of veterinary medicine under Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine. Some materials of researches were included in a book "Veterinary toxicology", which is recommended by Department of education and science of Ukraine as an aid train for the students of higher educational establishments.
