The problem of students’ socioeconomic culture (SEC) formation, its methodological, theoretical, systematic and practical grounds are studied in the given dissertation. Complex analysis of socio-pedagogical problem of students’ SEC formation in higher educational establishments (HEE) is carried out. On the grounds of this analysis the conception of the problem of SEC formation is elaborated, the structure of socioeconomic culture is defined and the model of integral process of students’ SEC formation in the HEE is created. The effective forms and methods of formation of components of students’ SEC in studying, scientific research and public work in HEE are defined. The necessity of elaboration and application of students’ SEC formation processes in the HEE of Ukraine is grounded. The conditions of SEC formation in the studying and training in HEE are found out. Thesaurus of socioeconomic notions that determine the effectiveness of SEC formation process is defined. The integral technology of students’ SEC formation in creating forms of SEC development of future specialists is grounded. Diagnostics methods of the level of students’ SEC development are defined and well grounded
