Tretyak V. The Oganizational-Economic Ensuring of the Development of the Regional External Economic Ties

The оbject of research: the process of the development of regional external-economic relations in Ukraine. The purpose of research: elaboration of the theoretical, methodological and methodical propositions, of the scientific and practical recommendations concerning organizational-economic ensuring of development of regional external-economic relations in conditions growing internationalization of the economic life. The мethods of research: system, dialectic, statistical, methods of the economic analysis, economic-mathematical modeling. The theoretical and practical results consist in elaboration of conceptual bases of organizational-economic ensuring of development of regional external-economic relations. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of concrete rules and recommendations. The methodical approaches concerning introduction of the concept of development of regional external-economic relations, formation of regional external-economic policy are used in current work of structural department of profile committees Supreme Rada of Ukraine, and also regional bodies of state and local self-management: of Lugansk regional commercial and industrial chamber, of Main management of economy and management of the external relations and external activities of Lugansk regional state administration. The results of research in educational process at teaching rates "Accommodation of productive forces and regional economy" and "The International economy " are used. Scientific novelty: the theoretical rules are proved and the scientific maintenance of formation of regional external-economic policy is developed. The concepts and social contents of a category of "external economic ties" are investigated. The concept of the development of regional external-economic relations is offered, the organizational and economic legal mechanism of its realization is generated. The typology of administrative - territorial formations of Ukraine depending on a level of the development of foreign economic relations is developed. The necessity of maintenance of the regional external economic safety is proved. The methodical propositions for modeling the mechanism of realization of development of regional foreign economic relations are developed. The research establishments in sphere of external-economic activities; the executive bodies of authority, the regional state administrations, the territorial and branch bodies of management; the higher educational institutions are the sphere of use.
