In the dissertation theoretical generalization and new decisions of an actual scientific problem on perfection of prophylactic medical examination and increase of efficiency of pharmacological support of training sportsmen of a high class is resulted on the basis of a deepening of representations about physiological mechanisms of adaptation to significant physical loadings, development of classification of a degree of a exertion of adaptation and on its basis is offered the differentiated approach at inspection and rehabilitation of sportsmen in view of a degree of a exertion of adaptation. Complex data about a combination of modification of metabolism, cytokine and immune status in different phases of a exertion of adaptation are received. Comparison of tool criteria of exertion of adaptation with metabolic and immunity shifts is carried out at sportsmen of a high class during urgent and long-term adaptation to significant physical loadings.
