Larina R. Theoretic-methodological basics of regional logistics systems forming

The object of investigation: processes of forming of the regional logistic systems directed on the successive development of region. The aim of investigation: ground and elaboration of theoretical positions, methodical approaches and scientific applied recommendations on activation of processes of regional development on the basis of forming and providing of reliability of the regional logistic systems. The methods of investigation: system, logic, dialectics, mathematical modeling, statistical and technical-economic analysis, system-structural analysis, multicriterial approach, method of comparative analysis. Specified: directions of activation of processes of regional development on the basis of elaboration of theoretical -methodological bases of forming of the regional logistic systems. Developed: theoretical-methodological bases of forming of the regional logistic systems. Introduced: basic methodical materials at the program of development of mining - metallurgical complex of Ukraine, at forming ofoptimum commodity-transport flows of agricultural products and regional flows of raw materials, wares and different commodities, at elaboration of «Program of scientific and technical development of the Donetsk region on period to a 2010 year». Field of implementation: organs of local authorities, research institutes and higher educational establishments.
