The Object: process of management by sphere of services enterprises development. The Purpose: theoretical and practical substantiation of complex of methods and techniques of scientific cognition of marketing mechanism of management by sphere of services development, that is the methodological base of services industry efficiency rising. The Methods: system, complex, situation analyses, methods of management and marketing theories; relevant-logical models, factor analysis; the set theory.It is offered: paradigm of Ukraine sphere of services development which is based on the offered conception of forming and realization of the socially directed economic policy in the sphere of services; model of marketing strategies transformation of professional services at a regional level; the concept of synthesis of marketing mechanism of sporting-health complexes management in the region on the basis of project management.
