Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of the major scientific and technical problem to maintenance of stability of parameters of quality at high-efficiency fair and thin grinding. In dissertational work it is executed the formalized description of operation of fair and thin grinding taking into account presence of several simultaneously proceeding processes, kinematics of movements of a detail, the tool and separate cutting edges, their change for the period of stability of the tool and change of the form of its working surface, quality of a surface of preparation and check of adequacy of the received dependences is made. The developed description allows to predict behavior of technological system at any moment at any algorithms of change of technological modes on the basis of the received description of technical restrictions and known methods of optimization and criteria of efficiency the design procedure of limiting boundary cycles of program management is developed by operation of fair and thin grinding. On the basis of the received dynamic models and estimations, it is developed ASC for stabilization of parameters of technological system during its functioning.
