Object: regional agrarian-industrial complexes of Ukraine. Aim: forming of new paradigm of reformation of regional AIC. Methods: spatial, economic, statistical and sociological, system-structural analysis, correlation-regressive. Results: new direction of scientific research of features of reformation and development of regional AIC is formed, the ground of chart of decision of problem of structural alteration of regional AIC is improved. Use: at forming of public agroindustrial policy, public policy of employment of population, public regional policy, in government regional programs of socio-economic development.
