The object of research is the process of since, development, foreslalling and jumping of crisis phenomena on the enterprises of agricultural sphere. The aim of thesis research is determine and ground methodological theoretic and organizational based of anti crisis management and interpretation in agrarian sphere are also making of practical recomended by forestalling and jumping of crisis phenomena. Methods - in the process of recearch is used abundance of theoretical approach to since, development of crisis phenomena, crisis situation and crisis state in the agricultural sphere enterprises. For research of crisis phenomena is the natural, demographic, economy, technical and population is used of economical methods such as inductive, deductive, analysis and synthesis, line dynamics, treat size, graphics constructed. Is used istorical, monographic, factorive and corelatic-matema-tical methods for desicion a methodical state of anti crisis measures in these process of research. The local methods is usedfor concrete situation analysis, analogical, extra polation, forecasting. The sociology and empiric methods such as anketing, interrogation, observation and comparison is using for research mechanism self-regulation and adaptation to change external environment and making a system evaluations indicators of effectiving activity manager command. Novelty - The thesis is a result of methodological-theoretic grounds of correlation of demonstration of cyclic crisis phenomena in nature, demographics of engineering, economy, state, science and culture. The author determined causes of rises and nature of demonstration of cyclic crisis phenomena at enterprises of agrarian sphere. Methodo-logical approaches and practical tooling of diagnostics of crisis phenomena, crisis situations and crisis state at the stages of life cycles of functioning of economic subjects of agrarian sphere are suggested. Conceptual states of anti crisis management directed to preventing crisis phenomena, providing financial stability, non-admission of bankruptcy (peace agreement), take out enterprises from the condition of bankruptcy (readjustment), minimization of expenses under using organization-law tools of bankruptcy are given. Anti crisis management measures are directed to the scientific-forecasted strategy of marketing, an innovation-investment tool of financial recovery and diversification of agrarian production are recommended. It is possible to decide through the organization of a diversified farm, development of subsidiary, additional and service branches together with farmers, private farms of rural population with the purpose of effective usage of nature-resort potential. Expediency of creation of system of early warning and reacting at agricultural enterprises like intraeconomic mechanism of regulation of incomes and expenses is grounded. It provides an effective personnel management. The model of state regulation of crisis phenomena of legislative, executive and governing character with the purpose of social defence of population andcreation of conditions for "survival" of economic subjects during the crisis situation is suggested. Results of researches - in that lies what using made in thesis supplies to develop by organizatic and methodolo-gical based of anti crisis management in the agricultural subject economy. The results a thesis is used in the practice enterprises and district Poltava region such as Zinkiv, Karlivka, Novi Sanjary, Reshetylivka, Myrgorod and also Agentcy with questions to jumping bankruptcy enterprises and organization, regionals centers of employment.
