Vlasova O. The Psychological organization and factors of development of the social abilities

The dissertation is a theoretical and application study, in which the idea of complex study of social abilities and factors conditioning their development is actualised. The entire disposition of this research is provided by consequent working out the structure, genetic and applied theory of social abilities. In the frameworks of the first theory author proves the necessity to separate out two basic spheres of development and self-realization of the general abilities of the person: social and subject. The author completes the coordinated conceptual, operational and empirical model of the mature operation of social capacity system and shows that their entire structure is formed through the interaction of the emotional, voice, cognitive and behavioural components of realization and coordination of personality's social actions under the leading role of the mechanisms of self-consciousness as a creative subject of social vital activity. The genetic theory discloses the particularities of the development ofbasic subsystems of social abilities in the ontogenesis. The author used in this respect the comparative and transitional strategy of methods and of organization of the empirical investigation. The principal result of this part of the research is to complete the conclusion on the geterochronicle character of the development of social potential of personality, peculiarities of the ontogenesis lines of development of any of them
