Turiyanska M. Conceptual bases of forming of sources of investment resources of Ukraine

Object of research: processes of forming and use of invest-ment resources as element of the investment system. Purpose research: to resolve scientific problem of determination of es-sence of investment sources in the system of the extended repro-duction under conditions of optimum correlation between do-mestic and foreign sources, and also development of conceptual bases and practical suggestions on implementation of process of forming of investment resources. Methods of research: models of economic growth, systems and historical approach, abstractly-logical method, dialectical method. Results: determination of theoretical and methodological bases of research of problem of investment activity, investment potential, investment climate of country and improvement of investment infrastructure; develop-ment of the integrated conception of dynamic development of economy of country in the conditions of uncertainty and risk; ground of a new chart of the budgetary-tax adjusting of invest-ment activity; development of effective model of mobilization of investment-innovative sources of resources in the scales of country and its regions; ground of strategy of bringing in of di-rect foreign investments by means of analysis of their positive and negative consequences for the economy of Ukraine; devel-opment of conception of creation of having a special purpose financial instrument of the state from such additional sources, as economies and accumulations of population and non-state pen-sion funds; development of chart of optimum allocation of in-vestment resources on the objects of investing, including at the multicomponent investing and taking into account the features of regions, determination of recommendations for its introduction; improvement of the system of account of ownership and motion of information rights about influence of owners of corporate securities on the financially-property state of issuer; suggestion of the use of role of cluster mechanism of realization of tasks of mobilization and growth of investment resources of region; ground of general conceptual approaches to forming of sources of investment-innovative resources. Novelty: integrated concep-tion of dynamic development in the conditions of uncertainty and risk; grounding of new approaches to forming of model of investment climate from position of institutionalism; new chart of effective mobilization of investment resources and bringing in of additional investment sources; conception of creation of hav-ing a special purpose financial instrument of the state from such source, as economies and accumulations of population; the task of optimization of interregional relocation of investment re-sources at the multicomponent investing and taking into account the features of region is decided; improved: general theory of cycles as fundamental theory of reproduction and his conformi-ties to the law; general theory of the systems, theory "hard" and "soft" systems; system of account of ownership and motion of information rights about influence of owners of corporate securi-ties on the financially-property state of issuer; theory of cluster mechanism; the necessity of association of theory of cluster mechanism with modern conceptions of innovative development is certain; further development was got: reproduction principle of analysis of structure of economy; theory of economies as com-ponent world economic science; theory of direct foreign invest-ments; theory of globalization.
