Essay

Research object: Т-2 toxicosis of rats, cats and piglets: clinic signs, pathogenesis, diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis. Research purpose: to study the toxic action of Т-2 toxin, clinical flow of chronic form of Т-2 toxicosis in laboratory animals and piglets, investigate the morphological, immunological and biochemical indexes of blood for establishment of pathogenesis and use them with a diagnostic purpose, searching facilities of treatment and prophylaxis of poisonings. Research methods: pharmacological, chemical-toxicological, clinical, biochemical, hematological, morphological, spectrophotometrical, radioimmunological, statistical. Theoretical results: Toxicodynamics of Т-2 toxin is first studied in the organism of rats, cats and piglets. Set, that Т-2 toxin negatively influences on the state of cellular and humoral immunity of animals and causes sharp violation of fermentative and non-fermentative links of antioxidant defence in organism of animals. Set, that unitiol and nucleavet at thechronic form of Т-2 of toxicosis of piglets helps in normalization of processes of exchange of materials and growing increases of body mass. Practical results: consist in the ground of possibility of application of facilities of pathogenesic therapy at Т-2 toxicosis of animals. Results of research are used in "Methodical recommendations on diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of Т-2 of toxicosis of pigs", ratified the State department of veterinary medicine of Ministry of Agricultural Policy from 31.07.2003, and in the methodical pointing of "Diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of micotoxicosises of animals and birds" which are approved and recommended to edition by a methodical commission of Institute of veterinary medicine of Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
