The Object:distributing economic processes state, region, single production, structures and systems of the distributing relations, which function in connecting economy, and their relationship with process public reproduction.The Purpose:development methdological and scientifically-methodical positions on improvement of the organizations of the distributing economic system state, region, single produc-tion and mechanism of management process its operation and developments in condition of transformations of the economic relations under influence market reproduction.Methods:analysis and syntheses, system generalization history scientific fact,system and complex analysis, lo-gical generalization event;reductions,groups,modeling,construct,facto-rial estimation.It Is Offered:complex scientifically-methodical approach and mechanism of the adduction in action not used efficient manufacturability &distributing system, structured scheme to strategies of tsafe position of distributing economic system state, methdological approaches and principles of the system estimation of the distributing relations in ambience total public production and its regulations and con-sumptions of the product. The Sphere of the use: law creative and executive organs state.
