Essay

It is shown on the basis of examination of 670 patients that personal characteristics of a woman (psychotype, psychoemotional stability, anxiety, depression, stress-tolerance) in the pregravida period cause risk of PE development. There was established dynamics of changes of the listed parameters during physiological pregnancy and during development of PE. It is proved that decrease of the intrauterine (by 45 %) and increased rate of mimic (by 75 %) responses of the fetal patients (FP) is characteristic of advanced physiological pregnancy. It is ascertained that a long course of PE and disturbances of blood flow in a feto-placentar complex is caused by poor emotional responses of FP. It is shown that progressing of PE is accompanied by stable prevalence of the sympathetic link of ANS during the whole pregnancy, with exhaustion of its activity in severe forms, insufficient vegetative maintenance of pregnancy. The pathogenetic role of disturbances of blood flow is established in one of the vertebral and internal carotid arteries, which precede clinical manifestations of PE and intensify at its progress. Efficiency of application of nonmedicinal (aquaexercises, massage), and medicinal methods of PE prophylaxis is shown that has allowed to reduce frequency of PE by 9,7 %, and perinatal morbidity by 23,6 %. There was investigated the opportunity of the differentiated management of labours in PE with the use hydrotherapy. Key words: preeclampsia, a syndrome of disadaptation, psychoemotional disadaptation, autonomic nervous system.
