Sviridova N. Organization and economic maintenance of regional policy in attraction of foreign investments

Object of research: the process of formation of regional policy in attraction of the foreign investments to the economy of region. The purpose of research: the elaboration of theoretical, methodological and methodical rules, scientific and practical recommendations for organizational and economic maintenance of regional policy in attraction of the foreign investments in conditions of amplification of world integration processes. Methods of research: logic generalization, system, comparative and statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, expert method. The theoretical and practical results consist in elaboration of conceptual bases of formation of organizational-economic maintenance of regional policy in attraction of the foreign investments directed on social and economic development of region. The theoretical rules are lead up to a level of scientific-methodical elaboration's, concrete rules and recommendations, suitable for practical application. There are used by structural sections of profile committees Supreme the Ukraine, company "Luganskteplovoz"; for elaboration and performance of the regional programs of support of the enterprises of agriculture of Lugansk area; in educational process at teaching disciplines "Investments", "Planning of activity of the enterprise", "Economy of tourism". Scientific novelty: the features of policy of attraction of the foreign investments, economic contents of categories of "investments" and "regional investments politics" are investigated. The mail conditions, goal, task and the directions of regional investments politics are determined; the principles of construction of model of its realization are considered. The necessity of cluster analyses in the process of the foreign investments attraction to the economy of region is proved; the principles of portfolio investment are determined. The theoretical rules are proved and the scientific maintenance of formation of strategy of attraction of the foreign investments is developed. The scientific - theoreticalsubstantiation of the concept of attraction of the foreign investments to the economy of region is offered, the mechanism of their attraction is generated. The organizational-economic maintenance of regional policy of attraction of the foreign investments is elaborated. The methodical rules and practical recommendations concerning use of economic-mathematical modeling of this mechanism are developed. Sphere of use is the activity of research establishments on a structure of scientific work in investment sphere of regions management; the executive bodies of authority, regional state administrations, territorial and branch bodies of management; higher educational institutions.
