The Object: process of activity management consumer cooperatives of the Ukraine. The Purpose: development theorist-methodological bases of management consumer cooperatives of the Ukraine as social-economic system and motivation scientifically-methodical and practical recommendation on shaping its market adapted characteristic. The Methods: system, complex and structured-functional approach, empirical, quantitative analysis, dialectical, abstractions, deductions and inductions, analysis and syntheses, historic and logics, the general and the personal, hypothesizes. It Is Offered: perspective market adapted model managerial system consumer cooperatives and concept of the improvement of the system of its management, concept and mechanism of personnel management consumer cooperatives, methods to optimization of the criterion to controllability and its potential in system; the methodological bases to transformations of market management social-economic system, mechanism to realization of the relations, regularities and principle of management consumer cooperatives as social-economic system in condition of the market ambience of the Ukraine. The Sphere of the use: enterprises of consumer cooperatives.
