Common regularity of reactive astrocytosis under different nature damages that accompanied with CNS oxidative stress was discovered. There are achieved that a rising of glial inter-mediate filament protein is adequate astrocyte answer to oxidative stress under different kind injury. This findings is evidence of dense connection between molecular damage and cell responding to unfavorable environmental. Considerable loss of isoform NCAM180 of neural cell adhesion molecule correlates with cognitive deficits. This data confirm that adhesive molecule NCAM takes a part in the modulation of synaptic plasticity. Represented results reflect significant role of glial cells for integrative processes in neural system. Besides, astroglial cells provide neuronal functions under unfavorable environmental. There are shown a possibility of biochemical and physiologic functions adult brain after different kind injury. Antioxidative compounds provide reparation of cytoskeletal disturbing, of isoform NCAM180 loss and itscan protect for cognitive deficits development of central neural system.
