Popova A. The strategy of risks' reduction of the investment activity

Object of research. The process of investment in conditions of transitive economy. The purpose of research. Development of theory-and-methodological bases of risks reduction in substantiation and realizations of investment projects. Research methods. Methods of the general theory of systems, the system-structural analysis; the financial and economic analysis; forecasting, mathematical modelling, the theory of probability and mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results are used in development of some methodological approaches and substantiation of practical recommendations. Novelty consists in solution of the important scientific problem - evolution of methodological bases of investment risks reduction in conditions of the Ukrainian economy; the new complete scientific concept of investment risks reduction is received; the realization of it creates preconditions for activization of investment activity and attraction of internal; the methodical base of risk-management of the industrial enterprises' investment activity is determined and the scientific approach to formation of technology of risk-management of real investments is proved; essentially new method of quantitative estimation of risk-management's actions efficiency based on definition of structure and size of insurance expenses and on use of special calculated coefficients is offered. Results of the dissertation are used in work of Open Society "Slavyansk Factory of Heavy Mechanical Engineering", Open Society "Drujkovka Machine-Building Factory", Open Society "Slavyansk factory of High-Voltage Isolators", Open Society "Special Technical Glass", Konstantinovsk's Branch of "Privatbank", Konstantinovsk's Branch of AF AKB "Ukrsotsbank". Some materials of research are also used during preparation of experts in the field of management of investments at the Kharkov National University after V.N.Karazin and Kramatorsk Economic-and-Humanitarian Institute.
