Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studying of adaptive reconstruction of bone tissue at the deficit of loading and mechanisms of its recovery under act of the dosed hypoxic stimulation. We conclude, that gas mixture with moderately reduced Ро2 at optimum correlation of deoxygenation-reoxygenation periods promote the level of structural interaction between glicozaminoglicans and collagen fibres in the areas of active produce of hydroxyapatite crystals and leads to bone mass presevation
