Essay

Object of research: processes of enterprises' competition potential management in markets conditions. Purpose of re-search: ground and development of methodological bases and mechanisms of enterprises' competition potential management in the conditions of market economy that increase the con-sumer made output value. Methods of research: methods of cognition, of causal-effect relations and system organization of socio-economic environment evolutional dynamics of eco-nomic processes, fundamentals of economic theory, laws of market economy functioning, modern theories of modeling and management, market economy, competition, marketing, advertising, economic and mathematical modeling tools and informations technologies of managerial decision-making. Results: the concept of enterprises' competition potential as functional of dependence of monies facilities and possibilities in the increase of competitiveness of the produced products to some standard level is introduced; conception of enterprises competition potential management; author approach to enter-prise strategic potential management; model of the optimum investing of capital in the consumer value of product; ap-proach for resources portfolio construction; determination of critical mass of commodity-market brief-case of enterprise as functional of dependence of monies facilities and possibilities of enterprise in realization of set of strategies of growth; con-ception of potential in the competition marketing; mechanism of intellectualization of knowledges; methods of receipt of competitive edges; methods of organization of works at order-ing fulfillment of users. Novelty: conception of management by competition potential of enterprises is first developed; it is first formulated and proved assertion about existence of de-pendence of the state of consumer value from the order of maintenance of orders and terms of maintenance of orders of users in necessary terms; first pulled out and proved distribut-ing hypothesis in marketing; the methods of receiptof com-petitive edges are first developed; the model of investing of capital is first developed in a consumer value as the task of optimization. Further development was got: conception of potential in the competition marketing; mechanism of intellec-tualization of knowledges. Improved: methodological gov-ernment bases by strategic potential of enterprises; methods of organization of works at ordering fulfillment of users. Field of the use: level of enterprises.
