Essay

It is formulated and solved the task to increase efficiency of ergatic systems' functioning by way of using the systems for prediction of an operator professional capacity for work (OC) that assure the prediction accuracy at the level 0,95. Methodological basis of the reliable psychophysiological prediction of OC is a 3-level model of the capacity formation (general, age-related and day-to-day OC) that represents OC as a state creating as a consequence of appearance of dynamic information contour in the structure of an operator's activity functional structure. They were developed methodology and principles of computer systems' synthesis for OC prediction at different stages of their professional biography, methodical and software tools for experimental research of OC. They were demonstrated in experimental research in both laboratory and industrial sets high efficiency and effectiveness of the methodological approach proposed in different groups of operators. It was carried out analysis of the systemsdeveloped.
