Essay

The thesis "International-legal discourse: cognitive-communicative aspect" is dedicated to the complex analysis of the interactive, genre and conceptual properties of International-legal discourse (ILD) as well as their fixation by 4 languages. The new techniques of interactive, genre and conceptual modelling of ILD are proposed. The main attention in this research was given to the phenomena (a) of the types of the homogeneous and heterogeneous interactivity as well as their modifications and compound variations; (b) of the genre semiospheres properties while determining the genres and genre fragments' typology substantiated as the prototypic base of the international-legal texts production and interpretation; (c) of the ontological, axiological and deontological constituents of the international-legal world picture while revealing the mode of conceptualization of the international-legal reality by means of ILD; (d) of conceptual sphere of "justice" as a prototypic value basis of the normative meanings.
