Object: victims and patients with high-degree burn and benign strictures and stenosis of esophagus and pharyngoesophageal pass, which have been operated on various stages of the disease. The object is to improve immediate, remote and functional results of esophagoplastics of large intestine in patients with high-degree of post-burn and stretched benign strictures cicatrix strictures of esophagus and pharyngoesophageal pass. Methods: retrospective analysis and dynamic observation of patients, clinical, laboratory (general-clinical, biochemical, fibrillation, morphologic, histological, chemical), functional (electro, mechanical, colon graphical, radiography and radio scintigraphy), endoscopy, statistical (correlative analysis). Newness: complex approach towards solving the problem of improving the results of colon esophageal plastics with anastomosis on the neck. Clinical and morphological forms of burn damages of esophagus and pharyngoesophgeal pass have been determined, which are required to be used insimilar diagnostics and treatment approaches. New application of radio isotopic methods for diagnostics of the esophagus, damaged by burn, and zones of the pharyngoesophageal pass, new use of methods of electro mechanic colon graphic studies of these organs have been determined. New means of creating cervical sphincteric saving and reflex saving colon esophageal anastomosis, methods of implantation of cell-tissue biological culture of fibroblasts in the zone of creating cervical anastomosis with the purpose of prophylactics and treatment of their non functioning have been proposed. Results: New technical ways, which improve means of colon plastics of esophagus, have been developed. They also allow to reduce to reasonable minimum of using two-moments operations in case of the pathology being described, and to improve immediate and remote results. The method has been implemented at the regional center of surgery of esophagus, stomach and duodenum of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical merger ofMHSof Ukraine, surgical department of clinics of faculty surgery after K.T.Ovnatanyan of the Donetsk State Medical University after M.Gorki, MHS of Ukraine.
