Udalova L. Theoretical bases of getting verbal information in criminal process of Ukraine

Dissertation deals with analysis of theoretical bases of getting verbal information in criminal process of Ukraine. Actual problems of receiving verbal information in the investigation of criminal cases, modern understanding of this information and its role in the investigative activity are researched. Author presents the analysis of influence of personal psychological characteristics on verbal information formation. Thesis considers questions of essence and major features of investigator's professional communication and his tactic-communicational activity in the process of verbal investigative actions. Analysis of peculiarities in getting verbal information is also made. Legislative regulation of investigative actions as means of receiving verbal information is analyzed as well as a chain of propositions and recommendations, considering the improvement of their legal regulation and practice of its use, is suggested. Further development is given to the doctrine about use of scientific-technical progress achievements in the process of receiving verbal information.
