A process of competitive co-operation of the social-economical systems in the conditions of globalization development at different levels. Complex scientific basis of theoretical and practical principles of becoming of global paradigm of competitiveness and factors of its development in the dynamic world economic system taking into account motive forces, character of modern processes of transformations. Methods: methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, structurally logical method of design, other generally accepted statistical methods. There are two selected constituents of system's category "global competitiveness": consumer competitiveness and production competitiveness. Strategic spheres of providing of competitive edges of economy of Ukraine. The author's recommendations are inculcated in development of measures on providing of competitiveness of Ukraine and subsequent strengthening of its international status in a global environment.
