Sokuryanska L. Value Determination of the Students' Social Subjectness Becoming in Conditions of Socio-cultural Transformation.

The object is the dynamics of contemporary Ukrainian studentship. The aim is the conceptualization of the process of formation of the characteristics of subjectness of personality as well as such social group as studentship, in the conditions of sociocultural transformations; exposing and analysis of macro-, meso-, and micro factors of forming subjectness as a quality of future specialists. Methods of research: analysis of documents, mass survey, biographical method, focused group interview, methods of intellectual analysis of data (factor and cluster analysis, method of the tree of classifications, and etc.) Theoretical and practical results: the development of the conception of factor determination of forming social "subjectness" and theory of "value-field of personality" that was done on the basis of subject-value approach; the development of categories in such scientific fields as axiology, sociology of youth, sociology of personality, sociology of education, sociology of social changes, and etc.;making use of the results of research in the activity of agencies of education, higher education, and student organizations. Novelty: the factors of forming social subjectness of studentship are determined. Degree of introduction: the results of research are employed in the teaching of such academic courses as "Introduction to Sociology", "General Sociological Theory", "Contemporary Sociological Theories", and "Sociology of Youth" for students of V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University.
