Essay

The dissertation deals with complex research of physico-electrical phenomena when neutrons, ?-quant and heavy ions pass trough layered structures. A theoretical model of the interaction of accelerated ions with the layered structure has been developed. A relation of recoil atoms concentration dependence on the depth has been obtained. The influence of the disordered areas which are formed with neutrons and ?-quant passing on the electric signal deformation, which is spreading in the material, has been found. Redistribution of energy between harmonic constituents of the ionizing radiation effect has been revealed. In studying ion-doped layers in Si the ion “swelling” of Si has been found. Regularities of the formation of profiles of atoms refractory metals distribution with layered structures bombardment by Ar+ ions has been established.
