Essay

Object – the professional-pedagogical workof the teacher of a higher educational institution; goal – to prove theoretical-methodological bases of self-realization of the teacher of a higher educational institution, to develop the conceptual model of realization of this process and experimentally to check up its efficiency; methods – the theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, diagnostics, questioning, conversation, supervision, testing, discussion, statistical processing of results; novelty – the retrospective interdisciplinary analysis of development of ideas of self-realization in education for the first time is made; the complex-scientific analysis of a problem of self-realization of the teacher of high school is lead; the theoretical bases of self-realization of the person of the teacher of high school are developed; the methodology of research of a problem of self-realization of the teacher is certain; the etymological and linguistic-semantic analysis of feeling “self-realization” is made; the definition “self-realization of the teacher of a higher educational institution” is formulated; results – the programs of special courses, trainings, the seminars directed on professional growth of the teacher are developed and approved; the introduction of conclusions and recommendations in pedagogical process of high schools; the development of the grant “Self-improvement of the teacher”; the use of materials of the dissertation in the organization of practice of the future teachers; speciality – Theory and Methodology of the Professional Education.
