Essay

Research object: assembling and dismantling processes of producing joints with interferense. Research aim: increasing quality and desmantling interferense joints at induction heating. Wethods: fundamental statements of machine-building technology, thermodynamics and electrical engineering, probadility theory and mathematical statistics, statements of general quality theory, modern statements of management theory, standardizing. Theoretical and practical results: htere have been worked out the principles of synthesis of techological approaches for assembling and mending production processes, unification of processes and control of induction heating at power efficiency. The techology and induction equipment are designed for low temperature heating parts, which provide the high guality of products. Novelty: the patterns of discrete induction heading parts are discovered on the basis of studying joints as multicomponent systems with non-permanent heat exchange. The optimization models of heat source capacity are constructed with guality control of techological systems and their reliability. Introduction degree: the results of the research had been introduced in production from 1973 to 2006 at ship repairing plants, at heavy engineering plants and at enterprises of Cuba. Branch of using: machine building.
