Essay

The dissertation presents the worked - out and scientifically grounded monitoring conception of pupils' training in chemistry in the comprehensive educational institutions; the model which has such basic components as conceptual, motivation - substantional, technologic - procedural, effective - evaluative and regulated; the logic-structural model of organisation of system monitoring of chemical education which consists of 4 main blocks: observation, diagnostics, prediction and management; and the methods aimed to the control, appraisement, correction, improvement and exposure of positive tendencies in the dynamics of qualitative changes in the system of chemical education has been theoretically proved and created. The monitoring instrument of pupils' progress in chemistry has been created. The holistic technology of realization of individual, local and external monitoring of chemical education and of the different-leveled system of quality tracking in the chemical education has been proposed. Experimentally proved is an increase of teaching efficiency due to the application of the worked - out model, logic - structural scheme and methodical system of monitoring methods of training chemistry which promote the level determination of mastering knowledge - and abilities elements in chemistry realizing the individual-oriented approach to the pupils' training; they promote an increase of the level of pupils' progress and of the effective control of teaching and educational process in chemistry.
