Lutay L. „Mechanism of forming and adjusting disciplinary relations in the field of labour”

Object of research: process of formation and functioning of the world power market in a context of strengthening of interaction of national economies. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of теоретико-methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations by definition of directions of strategy of the international economic activities of Ukraine in the world power market. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of the historical and logic analysis, a method of the system approach, an analytical method, methods of grouping and dynamic comparisons, methods of economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions concerning power safety of the state and development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning improvement of strategy of the international economic activities of Ukraine in the world power market. Practical results: allow to improve strategy of the international economic activities of Ukraine in the world power market. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of increase of efficiency of use of power resources is developed; the economic-mathematical model of definition of dependence of volumes of export of the electric power from volumes of its consumption and investments into development of thermal power station is developed in view of manufacture of energy nonconventional and reconstruction by sources. It is advanced: definition of concept "world market"; definition of concept «power safety»; classification of factors of power safety on the basis of the system approach; has received the further development the mechanism of stimulation of use nonconventional and reconstruction energy sources. Degree of introduction: results of research are entered in activity of Donetsk Regional Commercial and Industrial Chamber; the Center of Legislative Initiatives of Donetsk Regional Council; Donetsk Regional State Administration; Donetsk Branch of State Enterprise "Ukrenrgougol"; industrial - power association "Vetroenergoprom".
