Essay

The object of study – professional individuality of future teachers. The purpose of study is realization of the complete theoretic-methodological analysis of condition scientific research and development of a problem of professional individuality and system- stage definition of psychological bases of its formation at the future teachers. The methods: the analysis of research sources, synthesis of the intrinsic contents of results of research, generalization and ordering of the scientific data, supervision, modeling, questionnairing, conversation, analysis of activity products, expert estimation, experiment, thematic self-diagnostics, diagnostography, statistical methods. Novelty and the theoretical value of work: problem of professional individuality of the teacher in the transitive period of collision innovation and traditional in system of a higher school for the first time is determined; the scientific conclusions about expediency of professional training of the future teachers from a position ofthe realized choice by the students of set of study-professional actions are extended and complemented; the further development the scientific theoretical-practical tendencies of integrated psychodiagnostical support of professional training of the modern experts have received. The practical value of work: the results allow to add the existing theories of general, pedagogical and age psychology, psychology of the person, psychology of professional activity of the teacher, psychodiagnostic by the determined in research conceptual bases of system-stage formation of professional individuality of the future teachers. The subject and degree of the introduction: the received results and practical development are introduced into educational process of Pereyaslav-Khmelnitskiy pedagogical university named after Grigoriy Skovoroda, Humanitarian institute and Institute of correspondence and distance training of National air university, Lvov institute of afterdiploma education of the teachers, Institute of afterdiplomaeducation of the teachers of Belaya Tserkov. Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere of the use: average and higher educational institutions, distance and afterdiploma education.
